Chelsea Lok

After completing her M.Sc. studies in Environmental Engineering at the Technical University of Munich, Chelsea joined act renewable as a PPA consultant. She has gained experience supporting several international PPA implementation projects undertaking an instrumental role in the developer contracting process, including PPA financial analysis and market assessments. Chelsea brings excellent market knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail in understanding client needs. Most recently she is guiding the China renewable energy steering group, to drive our capabilities in the rapidly evolving Chinese renewable energy sector.
